About Kids' Early Learning
We own and operate a childcare business, Kids' Early Learning, with a portfolio of 31 childcare centres and over 40 family day care educators.
Kids' Early Learning has approximately 300 staff and operates throughout the Blacktown local government area, serving over 2000 families and providing care and learning for children.

About The Opportunity
Become a valued member of our compassionate Kids' Early Learning team, dedicated to providing a nurturing space where children can learn and thrive.
We are seeking enthusiastic Child Care Assistants to join us on a casual basis to create positive and memorable experiences for the children in our care.
This position is responsible for assisting qualified staff to provide an appropriate and stimulating program of care and education, and to ensure the safety and well-being of the children.

Essential
Qualifications and experience
Experience in the Early Childhood field
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA
Completion of Child Protection Course - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk of harm
Current certificate HLTAID009 Provide CPR
Current certificate HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting or an Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Training certificate that meets requirements of the Education and Care Services National Law 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulation 2018
Working with Children Check clearance valid for paid work
Desirable
Current class C driver's licence
Knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations
Remuneration And Benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council's Enterprise Agreement.
Entry level for this position starts at $31.5079 per hour plus 25% casual loading

This position has been identified as child related work.
Therefore, your application must include a Working with Children Check (WWCC) number.
