About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to undertake a range of duties which provide an effective and confidential administrative service as directed by the Facility Manager, Senior Administration Officer, and Nurse Unit Manager Minor Injuries and Illness Clinic (MII Clinic).
About you
- Provide administration support to frontline clinical/business support staff, including Reception and switchboard services for Caboolture Satellite Hospital and to supply a range of administration duties required to deliver client focussed, high quality and efficient services.
- Provide confidential administrative and secretarial support including the production of high-quality documents and records, enquiry screening and diary management as required, including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation.
- Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of work undertaken.
- Work autonomously with mínimal supervision and participate as a positive member within a multidisciplinary team while displaying strong work ethics.
- Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of departmental / organisational goals.
- Ensure work practices align and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, standards, legislative requirements and work unit guidelines i.e. Queensland Health Records Management Policy Standards and Procedures.
