Milestone IT have partnered with a leading Financial company who are looking to hire a passionate Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfilment Solution Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimising the Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfilment solution to enhance our Clients supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. you will be passionate about supply chain management and interested in driving operational excellence through advanced technology solutions. t

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design effective solutions using the Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfilment platform.
- Implement and configure the Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfilment solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Conduct data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and order fulfilment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain planning accuracy and forecast reliability.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilisation of the Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfilment solution.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve any issues or glitches to minimise disruptions to operations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in supply chain technology and industry best practices, and recommend enhancements to the Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfilment solution based on evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations research, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in implementing and optimising the Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfilment solution (formerly known as JDA Demand & Fulfilment) is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, demand forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with statistical modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
