What will your typical day look like?
As a Delivery Lead in the Optimal Reality team, you will design and support effective delivery of Deloitte's digital twin platform to solve complex client problems.
Own the successful delivery of intelligent systems combining real-time data, simulation, GenAI, and agentic AI capabilities.
Engage with clients to optimize operations and decision-making in environments like transportation, logistics, mining, and energy.
Lead and manage the delivery teams, addressing daily challenges.
Support business development through proposals and scoping.
Collaborate with engineers to implement client solutions aligned with product vision.
About the team :
Optimal Reality is Deloitte's advanced Digital Twin platform, helping organizations visualize, understand, and optimize their operations in real-time using data and digital technologies.
Our team works across front end, back end, data, and devops, utilizing languages like Golang, Julia, Python, and tools such as React, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Our focus is on creating smarter, greener cities through digital twins of transport, energy, and supply chains, enabling operational staff to make better decisions and improve collaboration.
We are a passionate, innovative, and fun team, offering high-impact opportunities with prominent clients.
You are a highly motivated individual with :
10+ years' experience leading complex software projects in consulting or technology environments.
Proven capability in sales, delivery, and technical solutions involving simulation, digital twins, AI, and cloud deployment.
Experience with Python, Julia, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
Experience as a product owner and in forward-deployed engineering models.
Ability to manage budgets, planning, and client relationships.
Eligibility for an AGSVA baseline clearance.
