We are on the hunt for a dynamic** Assistant Centre Manager/Ed Leader who is Diploma or ECT-Qualified to** join the fun, friendly, supportive team at The Ponds Centre.

To be eligible, you'll need a **Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care** as well as a current NSW Working with Children Check.

**What will you do?**
- Play a vital role on the Centre leadership team, supervising & mentoring other educators.
- Leverage the latest research to design rigorous, differentiated, inclusive educational programs in line with The Early Years Learning Framework
- Showcase innovation and creativity to make YA the top choice for local families.
- Follow Centre policies & procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintain exemplary records and conduct comprehensive program evaluations.
- Promote positive behaviour & maintain a safe, healthy environment for the well-being of staff, children & stakeholders.
