**Skills and experience**:

- Have managed your own 360 recruitment desk
- Permanent recruitment experience within the white collar / professional / technical space
- Ability to manage your desk autonomously with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Ability to liaise with all stakeholders
- Hold a passion for exceptional service and communication

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage numerous existing client accounts and building/ retaining those relationships
- Developing a business strategy to target new key clients
- Meeting with your clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from inception to completion
- Undertake comprehensive search campaigns utilising multiple tools to source the best talent available
- Negotiating job offers / contracts
- Work collaboratively with the entire team and contribute to the rich culture within the Mobilize team
