**WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH..**

Our Host Employer is a local family owned and operated award winning dealership located in Tuggerah. Our Host has over 30 years experience in the motor industry and currently sell, service and repair new and used cars. They are now searching for a hard working Trainee to join their dealership and provide administration assistance to their friendly team.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED..**
- Driver's Licence
- Professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Previous customer service experience is desirable

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING..**

Working Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5:00pm, with the potential for over-time, your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Answering & redirecting calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients & tea/coffee
- General admin duties such as filing
- Submitting & closing warranty claims
- Booking appointments for services
- Liaising with sales staff & technician

As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 12 months
