About The Role
As an Emergency Medicine Consultant at Kalgoorlie Health Campus, you will deliver comprehensive clinical services and lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality emergency care.
You will lead, support, and educate teams including Senior Medical Practitioners, Junior Medical Officers, nursing staff, administrative staff, and support staff.
You will collaborate with the Royal Flying Doctor Service, the Rural Clinical School of Western Australia, and the WACHS Command Centre to manage diverse cases and deliver exceptional care.
Opportunities for progression include potential advancement to Head of Department.

You are an experienced Emergency Medicine Consultant with rural or remote practice experience.

About The Emergency Department
Kalgoorlie Hospital Emergency Department serves the Goldfields region, handling a high volume of presentations and providing 24/7 emergency coverage with rotating shifts.
Aboriginal patients comprise a significant portion of the patient population, underscoring the need for culturally responsive care.
