**Production Supervisor - Permanent Role**

Looking for a Production Supervisor to take lead for a small team with a loyal client base in WARRAGAMBA.

Be the lead in a small warehouse team With an opportunity to develop and utilize new skills.

**You will (but are not limited to)**:

- Supervise employees.
- Train and mentor staff where needed.
- Monitoring employees' performance.
- ensuring high productivity levels.
- Assigning tasks.
- Motivating the team.
- Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
- A forklift License would be a bonus but not essential.
- Ability to work in a small team and autonomously.
- Intermediate bookkeeping and computer skills - excel
- word.
- Ability to follow instructions supported by a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English coupled with excellent written and numerical skills.
- Ability to take ownership of the role underpinned by a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Assist with the work on the floor.

This role is Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm.
