Your Role

**Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain effective time management practices for the Regional Director including coordinating diary appointments, prioritising correspondence and preventing unnecessary interruptions and screening telephone calls.
- Arrange appointments, meetings and conferences and receive visitors and delegations on behalf of the Regional Director.
- Provide executive support for meetings chaired by the Regional Director including preparing agendas, papers and minutes.
- Coordinate and prepare a range of written documentation including confidential correspondence, agendas, reports, briefing papers, publications and presentations for the region in response to Ministerial, departmental, divisional and external requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Establish priorities, manage workflows, and review and negotiate deadlines to ensure timelines are met.
- Develop, implement, review and monitor processes, procedures and guidelines to support the effective and efficient functions across the region.
- Proof read and edit correspondence and documentation to ensure alignment with departmental style guides to ensure and maintain a consistent documentary output within prescribed timeframes.
