Are you looking for ongoing **Housekeeping work** (casual/permanent), working in a stunning environment, with a supportive team and hours that can be negotiated?

You will be reporting to Housekeeping Managers and Supervisors.

Shift: 7:30AM - 2:00 PM

**As a Room Attendant, we are looking for**:

- A person who is a team-player and have a keen eye for details
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with ability to interact with both hotel guests and hotel team.
- Maintain high standard of cleanliness and must be able to meet productivity standards
- Organised with excellent time management
- Someone who is physically fit and able to work autonomously
- Flexible to work over 7 day roster, must be available on all training days and have at least a minimum 4 days availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
