The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests, and no two days will ever be the same.

**The Position**
- Mon -Fri
- 9:00am - 3:00pm
- Support the catering team in a unique and busy environment
- Assist with basic preparation including vegetables and salads
- Stock control including quality reporting and temperature monitoring
- Maintain and clean kitchen, food preparation, storage and service areas and equipment to a high standard
- Strong awareness of hygiene and food safety standards
- Accept deliveries and stock

**The Person**
- Have an absolute "can do" attitude.
- You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Experience with commercial cleaning equipment
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Willing to grow with the company
- Strong safety mindset
- Ability to get an ASIC Pass (We provide)
- Own transport (desired)
