This person will help shape our technology and infrastructure architecture roadmap while also rolling up their sleeves to guide complex designs and technical implementations.This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, system design, and solution delivery.
You'll help bridge current state with future state through architectural blueprints, detailed technical designs, and collaborative planning, while ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and evolving business needs.As the Newest Member of our Team, You'll :Lead the design and evolution of our technology and infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment to enterprise goals.Translate complex business and technical requirements into solution designs and reference architectures.Guide agile teams and solution delivery through architectural reviews, deep technical consultation, and design governance.Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration and optimal performance across platforms.Participate in and influence cloud strategy, infrastructure modernization, and technology roadmaps.Contribute to enterprise architecture deliverables, including target state models, architecture blueprints, and standards.Act as a thought partner on application integration, DevOps, and technical debt management.Provide support to solution initiatives that may include product/platform changes, system enhancements, and application support.To Succeed, You Bring:5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, technical design, or solution engineering roles.Deep expertise in infrastructure platforms, cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS), networks, and system integration.Experience working across multiple technology stacks, including platforms, data, security, and application layers.Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, SDLC, ITIL/ITSM, and enterprise governance models.Proven ability to create and communicate complex architecture designs to both technical and business audiences.Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to work cross-functionally in agile product teams.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor's degree in I nformation T echnology , Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.At CAAT, we believe innovation, passion, and purpose are ingredients for a great work environment.
