Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in Central QLD, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join the team at Banksia Village in Blackwater

**The Position**

You will be responsible for leading a small team within our housekeeping department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations.

You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside with management to achieve desired results.
- 9/5 Roster (10 hours)
- Medium sized camp
- Accommodation and meals provided
- The role is drive-in/drive-out 6:00am - 4:30pm

**The Person**
- Experience in a similar supervisory role leading a large diverse team
- Commercial experience (Hotel, Mining, or Resort environment preferable)
- Ability to lead a successful team and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility of the team's overall performance
- Commitment and ability to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create, implement and evaluate training and procedures
