**About our QLD Customer Service Team**
Royal Foods takes customer service very seriously and we pride ourselves on our high level of customer service. Some days are extremely busy, so it's essential that everyone works together as a team to get the job done. We are a happy, close team who works hard but still finds time to have a bit of fun together
**The Opportunity**
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised team player to join our Customer Service Team.
The role is based at Head Office in Hemmant, Brisbane and will report to the QLD Customer Service Manager.
This is a casual position, 38 hours per week between 5.00 am & 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle customer order entry, invoicing & credits
- Proactively support the Sales Team to deliver exceptional customer service
- General administration & record maintenance
- Flexibility to work any shift between 5.00 am & 6.00 pm Mon-Fri

**About YOU**

**To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have the following;**
- Minimum one year's experience in a customer service role involving data entry & phones
- High level of computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel & Outlook (**Outlook knowledge & skills essential)**:
- Pronto or similar ERP software experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete tasks autonomously with a high level of accuracy
- A strong work ethic and the ability to problem solve, be flexible & multitask
- Strong written and oral communication skills
