**THE OPPORTUNITY**
**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a full-time Trade Mark Administrator to join our award-winning Dispute Resolution team to be based in Melbourne.
This position would ideally suit a someone with administration experience or a first or second year law student, who is keen to gain excellent work experience alongside their studies, in a top tier corporate law firm.
You will be responsible for providing high level quality administrative support in a timely manner to meet client requirements and to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing and lodging documents via IP Australia's eServices database, the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand and the World Intellectual Property Office
- Managing renewals for portfolio clients, including liaising with clients for instructions and renewal of trade mark registrations online (AU, NZ, WIPO and other)
- Monitoring and updating our trade marks database (WebTMS) to reflect the status of our client's trade marks
- Providing ad hoc support to the team such as dealing with incoming mail, amending documents and any other administrative duties.
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Excellent data entry and administration skills
- Impeccable time management and organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and a 'can do' positive attitude
- Desire to work in a top tier Corporate Law firm
- Commitment to an on-going part-time position.

**The Team**
The legal support team provides the practical support our lawyers need so they can deliver the best possible service to our clients. The role of our assistants is critical in assisting our people to perform at the highest level. The team provides high-quality support to partners and throughout our practice areas. This ranges from providing administrative support and diary management to producing a wide range of complex documents. Our legal support team also plays a client-facing role as our assistants are typically in regular contract with our clients on behalf of lawyers.
