The roles are full-time permanent roles and will support our clients and teams in planning and delivery major, complex defence digital projects.Core skillsets that we are seeking are: project management, systems engineering and integration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide project management, systems engineering or data integration for large defence projects and programsDevelop and maintain relationships with new clients and enhance existing relationships with both internal and external clientsStrong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skillsAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely and efficient mannerLead the delivery of projects to optimise time, cost and quality outcomesStrong interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently through unstructured tasksAbout You3-20 years experienceRelevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent experience/trainingProject management training or qualification desirableAble to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Australian Government Baseline NV1 Security ClearancePrior experience working with on defence digital projects is highly regardedStrong team player who enjoys working in a team environment.What's On OfferAlong with a competitive salary, we provide a diverse and inclusive work environment amongst a market-leading global consultancy team that specialises in the planning and delivery of large complex projects; you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most influential and talented leaders in the industry.
