The position is a 3 day a week office-based position with standard business hours.

You want to grow with us and deliver results as an exceptional Payroll Administrator.The RoleThe Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and supporting related administrative tasks.
This role involves maintaining payroll records, assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and organisational policies.You will be responsible for:Assist in preparing and processing payroll for all employeesMaintain and update employee payroll records in the systemAssist with preparation of payroll reports and audits as requiredEnsures compliance with company policies, legislative requirements and regulations pertaining to PayrollRespond to employee inquires, regarding payroll, deductions and paymentsIdentify opportunities to improve payroll processes and systemsPerform other duties and responsibilities as requested or requiredMinimum of 3 years of previous experience in payroll administration or a related role.Hight attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work well under pressure and meet payroll deadlinesStrong organisation and time management skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsSolid knowledge of Outlook; Excel skillsExperience with Employment Hero payroll system are highly preferredSecurity or Construction industry experience are highly preferredUnderstanding of payroll laws, regulationsKnowledge of and understanding of Industrial Instruments, Awards, Enterprise AgreementsConvergint fosters a supportive, accessible, and inclusive environment in which individuals of different backgrounds and identities are able to realise their maximum potential within the company.Opportunities for career progressionTraining and development providedThis is your opportunity to make a valuable contribution to one of Australia's most recognised brands in the Integration Security industry.
