**The Opportunity - **This unique position requires a sharp dedicated project delivery manager specialising in high end tailored technology deployment. This is not a service desk role where you will answer hundreds of cold inbound calls. You will be supporting customers that have recently purchased a solution from our centre. Your role will be to create a healthy post sales relationship through perfect project management.

We are not your average Telco We need a mature smart project manager to roll out complex communication solutions such as telephone systems, Wi-Fi solutions, surveillance systems, and fleet communication solutions.

This position requires you to work autonomously with support from your direct manager.

**THE ROLE**
- Quality assurance on new orders
- Order and build tailored hardware solutions
- Liaise with Commander Head Office to implement your customers telephone bill requirements
- Work closely with our in house field technicians to install the hardware solution on site
- Engage with our funders to have our customers equipment finance approved and then settled
- Use the latest in CRM programs to manage our customers. We use Salesforce, Fleetmatics, and Commander CRM - Activate and Ninja
- You will create, maintain, and complete orders through multiple online ordering tools
- Work with the largest hardware vendors in the world to order and deliver equipment such as Ericsson, LG, Avaya, Ubiquity, Hikvision, and more
- Maintain our 5 star google reviews while earning commission for every 5-star personal review
- Maintain 5-year personal contracted relationships with our customers

**Skills and Experience**
- Admin and data proficiency required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and creative approach
- Self-confidence and motivation
- Previous Project management/delivery experience preferred
- Previous Telco industry experience preferred but not required
