Overview
Join NAB as a Senior Full Stack Engineer GenAI.

Responsibilities
Set standards and approaches for Engineering teams to follow, with a hands-on approach when required.
Triage new demand and provide high-level technology guidance to initiate work and lead design activities.
Ensure that technical designs meet functional, resilience, throughput, security, reuse and simplicity requirements.
Code and assist the team with technical queries.
Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Design, implement and maintain Python-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.
Qualifications
Extensive experience as a Python developer, ideally in Banking or Finance.
Direct experience with generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies.
Experience with high-volume, fault-tolerant applications.
Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and operations.
Understanding of AI ethics, privacy, bias, and responsible AI practices.
Hands-on experience in microservices with design patterns and principles.
Experience using AWS Services.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) patterns and concepts.
In-depth knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and lead projects.
