Research Analyst

As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for creating data-based research content as well as sourcing, analysing, interpreting, and maintaining our industry-leading property insight data.
Reporting to the Senior Research Analyst, you will provide advisory support to all departments and collaborate on the creation of blogs, whitepapers, marketing content, and podcasts.
Additionally, you will work closely with the Acquisitions and Strategy departments to ensure new regions are on-boarded as needed and that the Acquisitions, Strategy, and Sales teams are equipped with all the data and insights necessary to achieve successful results for our clients.

Region Reports:Produce and maintain regional market reports for use across the business.
Content creation:Produce blogs, contribute to whitepapers, podcasts and featured articles across a range of publications and platforms.
Research Advisory:Collaborate with key stakeholders and the wider business to provide recommendations, insights and data metrics that are of strategic value to our clients.
Data management:Ensuring our internal data sets and research are maintained, sourcing updates regularly and updating as required to maintain our accuracy in the market.

Market Awareness: Deep understanding of the Australian property market, including current trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes.

Blog Posts:Minimum of 2 blog posts per month
Delivery timelines:Complete all assigned tasks on time
Qualitative:
Collaboration:Works proactively with the Senior Research Analyst, the Marketing Division and our Head of Research to support the creation of all content types as directed.
Accuracy:Ensure that all data sets, reports, and files are current, 100% factual and accurate.
Prompt Support:Resolve all advisory requests from the wider business within 1 week, with 24hr first response acknowledgement.
Impact Score:Must maintain a score of GOOD or above on the magnitude of impact scale.
