We are interested in speaking to technically sound candidates with a background in Operational Risk Assurance and Audit (Internal / External Audit).
In this role you will functionas an integral part of the Bank's2nd Line Controls Assurance team.Your Responsibilities:Perform independent reviews and testings on the effectiveness the completeness / effectiveness of currentcontrols on the Group level, such as Finance, Regulatory Reporting, SOX, Prudential etc.Responsible for the implementation of governance and risk policies, procedures & programsDocument findings and deliver assurance opinions, collaborate and challenge the business when necessaryPerform deep-dive investigations into high risk projectsRecommend valid monitoring and control practicesRefine and update the Risk & Compliance Assurance frameworkProvide advisory to the business and maintain a cohesiveworking relationshipwith Ops Risk, Compliance & Group AuditSkill Requirements:3-5 years experience in an Assurance, Operational Risk Management or Compliance function with thorough understanding of key control areas infinancial instituionsKnowledge and experience over testing Prudential Standards, Sarbane Oxley (SOX) Controls,or Group FinanceExperience in developing and implementing operational risk frameworks for large organisationsBig 4 professional assurance experience is highly looked uponPragmatic operator who's highly adaptableinto new environmentand willing to get their hands dirtyStrong project management and stakeholder socialising skills on a corporate levelRelevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CIA, CISA; and IFRS 9 knowledgeis desirable For further information on this role or to confidentially apply, please send an up to date CV to /and contact Eugena Gong on or apply directly via the Apply for this job button .
