In this senior role, you will drive enterprise cloud transformation in AWS, combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership to deliver secure, scalable and cost-effective cloud technology strategies for our clients.The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in cloud adoption with a strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes, including application modernisation, data and analytics, security, FINOPS, and emerging digital platforms.
As a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will articulate CGI's point of view on the role of technology in driving business outcomes, helping clients navigate their digital transformation journeys.You will enjoy flexible working, a supportive and kind culture, and contributing to a team where knowledge-sharing, growth and leadership are part of everyday work.ResponsibilitiesGovern complex AWS cloud transformation programs, balancing technical depth with strategic oversight, to ensure successful client outcomesBuild strong relationships with C-suite and senior executives, positioning CGI as a trusted partner for long-term transformationProvide strategic technology advisory, on cloud digital transformation themes such as data, security, and operating model evolutionSupport business development by identifying opportunities to expand CGI's services and co-creating transformation roadmaps with clientsStay current with emerging trends in Cloud modernisation, data, hybrid cloud architecture, and DevSecOps, and translate these into actionable strategies for clientsRepresent CGI's point of view on cloud transformation at client briefings, industry events, and partner forums, through developing frameworks, accelerators and position papersMentor and develop CGI consultants, growing the next generation of cloud and technology leadersShare expertise across CGI, ensuring alignment with global best practices while adapting to the Australian Financial Services marketFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementRequired qualifications to be successful in this roleExtensive experience leading cloud transformation programs (such as : cloud migration, modernisation, multi-cloud adoption, cloud Finops)Broad technology leadership background covering areas such as enterprise architecture, application modernization, data platforms, or digital operating modelsDemonstrated ability to advise senior executives and represent a strategic technology point of view in boardroom discussionsStrong business development and client relationship skills, with a track record of driving growthExcellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to guide both business and technical stakeholdersAppropriate certifications in Cloud technologiesFamiliarity with regulatory, compliance, and security considerations in Financial Services is an advantage but not mandatorySkillsFinancial Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
