The Sydney Roads Asset Performance Contract is a venture which will undertake the delivery of maintenance excellence to improve the lives of customers and communities, making Greater Sydney a better place to live, work and play.

**About the role**

The **Quality and Assurance Manager** will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Quality Assurance and Quality Management processes.

The QA Manager will drive processes and procedures to ensure compliance and right first-time approach, working closely with the maintenance and operations teams across the site to drive performance improvements to quality approach.

**What you'll be doing**
- Implement Quality objectives aligned to the Sector SHEQ strategy and SRAP Contract at the site or location level
- Ensure the Project Quality Management System and Document Management System are complete and accurate
- Review all client specifications to ensure contract QA / QC project deliverables required are captured and processes are in place
- Ensure the compliance requirements of the Client Performance Management Framework are being monitored, managed and reported in accordance with the terms of contract
- Liaise with Corporate Quality Team and communicate Ventia's quality procedures, processes, policies and systems
- Work closely with Project Teams to ensure the quality of undertaken works are to the highest standards and report
- Work with the Document Controller to develop the framework and rules for document management
- Coach and mentor, all contract staff in all aspects of the quality assurance and document control requirements

**About you**
- Experience in similar role within construction, mining, production, or industrial environment
- ISO 9001 Quality management system Lead Auditor experience preferred
- High level proficiency using MS Office suite
- Contracting knowledge and experience
- Security awareness of electronic information
- Conducting training and team management experience
