**Your Role at Nextt**:
At Nextt, our disability support workers play a pivotal role in organising and executing daily activities for our clients, which includes providing personal care, assistance with domestic tasks, and facilitating community access.

We currently have a vacancy in the
**Blackstone **Region of Brisbane for a
**Male**
**Casual** Disability Support Worker working with our client. Duties will consist of in home care and domestic assistance.

**We have 15 hours per fortnight available listed below**:
**Week 1**
- Monday 9 am - 2pm.

**Week 2**:

- Saturday 9am to 2pm
- Sunday 9am to 2pm

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Previous Experience in Mental Health Disability Support Work
- Experience working with individuals who have Positive Behavior Support Plans; experience with challenging behaviors is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and management staff

**Your Certificates and Licences**:

- NDIS/Yellow Card - must be applied or current
- Blue Card
- must be applied or current
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver's License and access to a fully insured vehicle

All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
