At Unipod we specialise in the manufacturing of Expanded Polystyrene Materials. We are one of the largest supplier of EPS servicing Melbourne's most reputable Civil Construction and Building companies.

**About the role**

Due to continued growth across the Unipod business, we are eagerly seeking multiple new team members to join our production team on a fulltime basis. Opportunities present across Day shift (6am-2pm), Afternoon shift (2pm-10pm). Ideally, you will have previous experience operating manufacturing machinery with the desire and ability to step into a supervisory role in the future.

**Duties to include, however not limited to**
- Safe operation of production machinery
- Complete paperwork and quality checks accordingly
- General housekeeping
- Comply with company policy, procedures & safe work practices.

**Skills and qualifications**
- Proven experience as a manufacturing machine operator
- Problem solving/faulting finding skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Display a great work ethic, with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Sound WHS awareness and knowledge of production procedures
- Satisfactory verbal and written comprehension of the English language
- Forklift licence with experience is desired but not essential.
- Work experience in EPS manufacturing industry would be favourable
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights

**Salary**: From $27.68 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
