About the Role
This critical position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive enterprise protection.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Driving protective measures by identifying and mitigating threats and risks, designing and implementing effective controls, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Developing and maturing processes that ensure operational security activities are performed, measured, and managed effectively, thereby driving governance and risk management excellence.
Partnering with stakeholders to deliver outcomes that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Overseeing analyst capability and guiding day-to-day operational priorities to maintain a secure and resilient environment.
Contributing to programs that advance maturity against recognized frameworks, such as AESCSF, to strengthen cyber risk management across IT and OT.
We're seeking a hands-on security leader who can navigate the intersection of strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate will have:
Deep experience across enterprise cyber security, including threat identification, control design/implementation, and operational governance.
Credibility engaging senior stakeholders and technical teams, with a practical, outcome-focused approach.
Familiarity with industry frameworks and operational environments; certifications like CISSP/CISM are highly valued.
