Loan Market Breeze is an award-winning team of expert mortgage brokers based in Queensland's Sunshine Coast and the Perth Metro area. We understand it's the Australian dream to own your own home and it's our goal to make this dream a reality for our clients.

Due to rapid growth, we require an additional lending specialist to assist us in delivering exceptional services to our loyal customers at our Maroochydore location

**The Role**:
Our Junior Brokers are customer-centric, they thrive on building lasting relationships and are motivated by being a trusted expert to our customers.

As a broker, you will be responsible for;
- Meeting with clients to determine their financial situation, discuss their needs, and recommend suitable mortgage options.
- Assessing and evaluating loan options available to clients based on their credit history, income, and debt-to-income ratio.
- Liaising with lenders on behalf of your clients to obtain the best possible mortgage terms and rates.
- Providing financial advice on all aspects of the mortgage process, including down payments, closing costs, and repayment terms.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including consumer protection laws.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and lenders to ensure that they are satisfied with the services provided.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma
- A minimum of 1 years lending experience as either a Banker or a Broker
- Experience managing existing client and referral relationships
- Ability to self-generate business through own network; leads will also be provided
- Satisfy responsible lending obligations and BID requirements
