Your contributions will help drive our world-class manufacturing standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standardsOperating high speed machinery includingPerforming changeoversTroubleshootingMachine adjustmentsBasic maintenance tasksReading & following SOPsContributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance.About YouGreat communication & team working skillsStrong mechanical aptitude & hands-on experience with machinery or cars etc.Availability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns.Manufacturing experience is advantageous however not essential.Be able to meet requirements of Orora's pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing.Why Orora?
Site typically operates a 24/7 roster which offers very competitive hourly rates/allowances/weekend penalties – earnings starting from $109k + super + overtime.7-day roster allows for condensed working weeks, and every second weekend off (and they are long weekends too).
