Litigation Lawyer/Associate

**The Role**:
We are currently seeking a lawyer with 2-5 years PAE to join our Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne. Reporting to Partner Bronwyn Lincoln, you will be joining a dynamic and cohesive disputes team working on a wide range of commercial litigation and complex disputes matters, including international arbitrations.
You will assist the senior members of the team in varied tasks including conducting research, drafting correspondence and Court documents, taking witness statements, briefing counsel, reviewing disclosure and preparing Court Books and briefs to counsel.
- Experience in a strong disputes team working on a variety of complex litigation and arbitration matters
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Committed and intelligent approach to work.
- A high level of attention to detail
This role would suit someone with a particular interest in cross border disputes. Experience in the area of international arbitration is desirable but not essential You will be self-motivated and proactive, with the confidence and ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and possess strong organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills.
