With our growth booming, 2025 is shaping up to be huge - and we're on the hunt for **Venue Managers** and **Assistant Managers**at our **Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, and Burleigh** venues to help lead our amazing, growing teams.

**What's the gig?**
As a Yo-Chi Manager, you'll keep the venue running smoothly, from wowing our customers to inspiring a hardworking, fun-loving team.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness and efficiency.
- Oversee inventory and stock management.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met.
- Train, develop, and motivate your team.
- Manage KPIs like Labour and COGs.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR experience is a bonus).
- A people person who loves to bring out the best in their team.
- Proactive, organised, and solution-focused.
- Someone who keeps the vibes positive and the energy high
