Be part of a high-performing workplace that empowers people to own their results.About the RoleBalancing your time between the property and our Melbourne Head Office, you'll be responsible for:Driving Sales & Growth: Generate leads, secure new business, and deliver against revenue targetsBuilding Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client connections across corporate, MICE, and agency marketsMarketing & Promotion: Contribute to campaigns, attend industry events, and conduct site inspections and familsSales Negotiation & Conversion: Craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert opportunitiesPerformance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and refine strategies to optimise resultsAbout YouProven experience in a Director of Sales, or Sales Management role (MICE/hospitality experience essential)Established networks across Melbourne's corporate and conference marketsResults-focused with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIsSkilled negotiator with strong commercial acumen and strategic thinkingExcellent relationship management and client service skillsStrong communication—written, verbal, and interpersonalMotivated and proactive, with a positive, team-first approachPassion for boutique hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiencesAbout UsFounded in 1986, The Lancemore Group is a leading Australian boutique lifestyle brand and pioneer in boutique hotels and residential conferencing.
