This facility offers free on-site parking and is minutes from the M5 motorway.
dnata provides comprehensive on-the-job training, full uniforms including PPE at no cost, and opportunities for career advancement and professional development.What you will receive as an employee:5 Weeks Annual Leave (accrued on all time worked);Free Parking;All PPE including steel cap boots;Uniforms and ID cards;Minimum engagement of 24 hours per week;Opportunities for career progression within the business;Full-time opportunities after 12 months of service.Key responsibilities for a Cargo Agent include:Forklift driving;Loading and unloading cargo safely and efficiently;Operating forklifts as required;Accurate data entry and processing of import/export information using dnata systems;Proper processing of cargo handling documentation;Performing cargo handling duties such as packing/unpacking ULDs and loose cargo using automated systems.We value the following attributes:Safety-first mindset;Ability to work independently;Strong teamwork skills;Passion for skill development;Reliability;Flexible 'can-do' attitude;Customer focus;Respectfulness;Willingness to undertake on-the-job training.Pay details:Hourly rate: $26.82 + 11.5% superannuation + penalties15% extra if starting before 7am and finishing after 6pmBase Rate + Loadings: $30.8422.5% extra if starting before 4am and finishing after 12amBase Rate + Loadings: $32.87150% flat rate all day on SaturdaysBase Rate + Loadings: $40.23200% flat rate on Sundays, Public Holidays, and OvertimeBase Rate + Loadings: $53.64200% Loading for part-time employees working outside their scheduled hours.Minimum requirement is a Forklift License.
