We are looking for a **Full Time** **Veterinary Receptionist **to join the team and be the friendly face of our **NEW Five Dock Clinic**
We are very excited to be re-opening our Five Dock clinic in the next few weeks - one of our larger clinics in the Sydney area, with a brand-new fit out, brand-new equipment and a loyal clientele ready to see our doors open again
**Your Role and Responsibilities will include**:
- Reception duties including being the first point of contact for clients, handling client enquiries in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, admitting and discharging patients
- Delivering dedicated client care to all patients and owners
- Maintaining the overall hygiene of the reception and consultation rooms
**What you'll bring**:
- Prior reception experience (within the Veterinary industry preferred but not essential)
- Will enjoy chatting to the clients and building great relationships with them and their pets
- Has excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work unsupervised but also loves to be part of a team
- An enthusiastic approach to tasks with a 'nothing's a problem' attitude
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
