**What you'll need to succeed**
- Critical Server Management
- Incident Management
- VMware, VCentre, vSphere, and Hyper-V. VxRail
- Windows, & Linux (Suse and RedHat)
- SQL Database, Data Centre
- Windows Server, Active Directory
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, MS Teams
- Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Vendor Management skills
- Travel to remote locations occasionally
- Full working rights in Australia
