Like all of us at Thiess, you're a passionate and energetic person, that appreciates responsibility, recognition and reward.Key dutiesDiagnose tyre/rim/wheel conditions as requiredRemove and replace rim/wheel to vehicles, remove and replace tyres to rim/wheel as requiredPerform regular tyre inflation pressure checks, adjust and report to SupervisorSource technical information from the relevant available reference manuals, technical bulletins and computer based systemsInitiate actions to prevent the occurrence of equipment non-conformanceSetting and maintaining high housekeeping standardsCarrying out pre-start checksAbout youCertificate II Automotive Tyre Servicing EssentialMinimum of 1 year experience in Mine Site based heavy tyre fittingPrevious open cut mining experience in the maintenance of a heavy earthmoving fleet essentialHR drivers licence requiredProven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all timesWhat Thiess can do for youPermanent full-time positions - Day Shift ONLY
