**About the Role**

At Fitstop Baldivis, we take a **results-driven, lifestyle-inspired** approach to training. Our coaches are hands-on and committed to helping our members stay motivated, accountable and progressing toward their goals.

We're looking for someone who:

- Works well within a team and autonomously and thrives in a supportive environment
- Loves being part of a strong fitness community

You'll be working alongside fellow coaches, the studio manager and owners, delivering exceptional group training sessions and building genuine relationships with our members and local community. You'll also play a key role in supporting member engagement, growth and retention.

Casual position: Minimum of 2 coaching blocks per week plus 1-2 Saturdays per month

**About You**

You'll be a great fit if you have the following:

- Certificate III in Fitness (**Certificate IV desirable**)
- Previous experience in personal and/or group training
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Confidence with social media and community engagement (desirable)
- Creative, driven, and proactive mindset
- Strong passion for health, fitness and helping others
- Reliable, professional and team-oriented
- High level of integrity and interpersonal skills
