**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **FEMALE **Disability Support Worker** to assist our male client with Acquired Brain Injury in **Lake Haven**.

This role involves providing community access support, ensuring the client's safety and well-being, and promoting independence in daily activities.

**Shifts**:
We offer up to 26 hours per week + multiple adhoc shifts throughout the week.

**MUST be available for the following shifts**:

- Thursday - 9:30 PM - 10:30 PM + Sleepover + 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM
- Friday - 9:30 PM - 10:30 PM + Sleepover + 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and support to a client with Acquired Brain Injury
- Assist with community access and participation in social activities
- Support the client with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility
- Assist with bowel care and catheter care
- Ensure the client's safety and well-being at all times

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience working with individuals with Acquired Brain Injury or similar disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Essential Certificates and Licenses**:

- Working with Children Check - Employee
- NDIS Screening Check - Employee
- Drivers Licence and Vehicle with comprehensive insurance needed for this role
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Quality, Safety and you module certificate
