**The Opportunity**

A strategic role within the procurement team only limited by your imagination, leading innovation and performance of the Woolworths GNFR (Goods Not For Resale) supply model The GNFR supply model spans the physical supply chain and information flows for many suppliers from all parts of the globe, transport partners across all modes, warehouses, and distribution to ~1300 stores and sites across the Woolworths Group nationally. The availability of ~6000 GNFR products across many categories including packaging, consumables, equipment, apparel,and the like are required to maintain the trading of our stores across the country.

**What you'll do
- Work autonomously to plan and lead change to optimise for efficiencies, while maintaining quality and service ongoing
- Support performance management with data and insights; includes and is not limited to supply and demand planning, suppliers, supply chain network and nodes (warehouses/distribution centres), transport partners, technology enablement, finance, category managers
- Lead, Coach and mentor the team to build further capability and culture (includes direct and indirect teams across the model)
- Manage campaigns, events, peak periods and product life cycles (product availability, replacements, exits), minimising slow moving and obsolete inventory
- Manage resolution of issues through appropriate functions and escalations, understanding and articulating root causes and proposing change to circumvent issues in the first place Lead Continuous Improvement Opportunities to streamline operational efficiencies

**What you'll bring
- Experience in Supply Chain Operations, Multiple Procurement Categories or Commercial (Retail or FMCG) roles with leadership experience
- Demonstrated value delivery across multiple functions in the form of revenue, cost reduction, cost avoidance, working capital and continuous improvement
- Confidence engaging, influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and business units Understanding of technology systems across supply chains, warehouse management, logistics operations, product life cycle management, interpreting data and developing insights
