You will play a crucial role under the supervision of an RN to provide positive resident outcomes.Your Key Responsibilities Will BePersonal Care: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed by the physician and ensuring proper documentation of medication records.Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition.Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.Assessment and Reporting: Conducting health assessments and reporting any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team and on eCase.Skills & ExperienceCurrent AHPRA Registration.Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standardsAdaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.Friendly and effective communication abilities.Ready to ApplyOur people and culture set us apart and our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
