We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Physiotherapist to join our inpatient Cardiorespiratory team in a permanent part time role (0.6 FTE).
This is a well-supported position and provides the opportunity for you to develop your clinical, leadership, supervision and research skills; joining a team that is dedicated to excellent patient outcomes, evidence based practice and continuous improvement. Grade 3 Physiotherapists at Western Health participate in Research and Quality Improvement as well as Education and Training programs within the Physiotherapy service.

**To be Successful in this Role you**
- Will have well developed clinical skills and leadership capacity across a range of acute cardiorespiratory cohorts, as well as experience in supervising staff and students.
- Will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Will work collaboratively with the Physiotherapy and Multidisciplinary teams
- Will ensure safe and high quality patient care is delivered in line with Western Health values and Live Best Care framework
- Will contribute to a culture that values ongoing learning and be part of a positive workplace
