**How will I help?**

This Team Member role will see you responsible for actioning daily exceptions reports for Advantage Packages and the SGB mortgage portfolio. Other responsibilities of the role include:

- Be committed to putting the customers at the heart of everything you do
- Completion and investigation of critical Exception reports and Westpac Packaging reporting suite
- Administrating and maintaining various documents, may include printing, monitoring, tracing, indexing, and maintaining loan documents
- Communicate, collaborate and continually partner with the greater Home Ownership Services business areas to achieve; our customer, people and strategic deliverables, Responsible Lending outcomes, safe and healthy working environment.
