**About Our Client**:

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Lead a payroll team responsible for processing payroll for 1500 employees across various Awards and EBAs.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in payroll systems, including Chris21 and Excel.
- Ensure compliance with HR and payroll legislation, acting as the primary point of contact for matters concerning legislative compliance, taxes, and superannuation.
- Maintain detailed, reliable, and accurate financial records.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Possess over 5 years of end-to-end payroll experience.
- Familiarity with complex payroll systems such as Chris21 or similar platforms.
- Experience with SCHADS Award or other complex not-for-profit awards
- Showcase strong leadership skills, with or without prior formal leadership experience.
- Demonstrate organisational skills, adaptability under pressure, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to comply with Covid vaccination requirements as necessary.
- Hold a National Police Clearance issued within the last six months.
