**Team Member Settlements Team**

**Support Customers in moments that matter**

**How will I help?**

Mortgage Operations team are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join their expanding team. Processing pre settlements documents in a timely manner, coordinating with external parties for smooth transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and exceptional customer service throughout the settlement process. We want you to bring your experience and skills and transfer that into our team's success and the company's vision of delivering exceptional service.

As a Settlements Officer, your role will entail:

- Assisting internal and external stakeholders with loan documentation and verification.
- Ensuring all the documents have been correctly executed and there are no discrepancies.
- Provide support and guidance to our stakeholders and customers.

**What do I need?**

To excel in this role, the following experience is required:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Balanced decision-making
- Adherence to regulations
- Experience in settlements or a similar role within the banking or financial industry (desirable).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
