ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

**You will be based at our Sites in Buronga/Renmark Rd/Atlas & Ginkgo, which are just a short drive from Mildura.**

**The Position: 14 days on 7 days off - rotating day/night roster**

**Kitchen Staff**:Your tasks will include, but not limited to. Cleaning the kitchen, dish/pot wash, rubbish removal, restocking food items, cleaning kitchen equipment, mopping/scrubbing floors, chemical handling, stock unloading, cleaning dining rooms, vacuuming/mopping & other various tasks

**Housekeeping Staff**: Your tasks will include, but not limited to. Making linen packs, scrubbing bathrooms, cleaning toilets, changing bedsheets, making beds, restocking linen trolleys, dusting, mopping, vacuuming & other various tasks

**The Person**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or a similar field
- The ability to work in extreme remote conditions.
- Team player and be flexible to work in all departments.
- Ability to always follow safety policies and procedures.
- Comfortable undertaking a pre-employment medical/Drug screen.
- Ability to work across a variety of departments and gain new skills.
- Be able to work a 14-day roster, including nightshift.
