**About the role**:
Are you Passionate about providing safe, efficient, and timely delivery for our customers? Our brand-new automated Perth Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) supports our communities with a focus on team safety, customer satisfaction and driving our service culture. It is the most advanced fulfilment centre within Wesfarmers group on the western seaboard.

This exciting senior leadership role is part of the DC Automation and Systems Optimisation (DCO) Team. It will see you managing and optimising key operational technologies and systems. Including the newly implemented Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Universal Control System (UCS) and Robotics Management Systems (RMS).

You will ensure that all systems, technologies, and interfaces are managed and maintained to the highest level and in accordance with national standards and processes.
- Work with the innovative Geek+ RMS /Innoware UCS /Korber WMS and a variety of mobility devices.
- Using lean principles and complex data analysis, optimise and manage the way product is slotted, and flows through the CFC
- Capitalising on the (Eastcoast-Westcoast) time difference, you may also be called upon to support your counterparts on the eastern seaboard with your knowledge and expertise.
- Support the management of preventative and reactive maintenance requirements of the site systems, and automation hardware.
- Manage the procurement (purchase or rental) of minor capital hardware for the site including: PDT handsets, headsets, AMR robots, and associated spare parts.
- Ongoing review and enhancement of software and systems deployed in collaboration with the Technology team, technology vendors, Supply Chain CI and Operations teams
- Monitor, troubleshoot, report and document any operational issues relating to technology and systems on site.
- Closely liaise with the Technology team to ensure all network infrastructure is operating as required.
- Analyse and monitor key metrics and make recommendations to improve the various systems and operational efficiencies.
