**Your New Role**:
**Key duties include but are not limited to**:
- Strategic alignment of the data program with the overall business transformation program to ensure alignment and delivery of objectives and benefits.
- Determines the objectives and measures upon which the program will be evaluated at its completion, with a particular focus on benefits articulation and realisation.
- Ensures projects within the program are scheduled adequately and allocation of available resources across projects is optimised.
- Identify and mitigate program delivery and operational risks.
- Ensuring each of the project's information is appropriately documented and secured.
- Establishment of program governance including working groups, steering committee and escalation pathways as appropriate
- Stakeholder communication including regular updates on progress against strategic milestones, and the benefits delivered and realised across the projects.
- Address concerns of stakeholders and project managers.
- Monitors and controls performance against planning, providing reports to the Steering Committees and the Fund management as required.
- Ensure policies, standards, and regulatory requirements are adhered to.Embed data governance principles into deliverables and partner with the Data Governance and Capability workstream to address data risks.
**What You'll Need**:
- Has excellent people skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can quickly build rapport with new people and develop strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
- Significant experience in working under pressure, setting and manage conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes.
- 7+ years of significant experience as a project or program manager in a complex, IT enabled, business services organisation.
- Skilled in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, PowerPoint and Word.
- Has exposure to working in various project environments and methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and a hybrid of both.Facilitation skills and capable management of group dynamics that lead to the effective facilitation, guidance and negotiation of successful outcomes.
