We have two positions - Rotational Day and Night shifts (4 on, 4 off).
RSA certificate is mandatory for this role.Role focuses on managing access control at corporate sites, monitoring critical systems in data centres, and providing security services to create safe, secure environments.Responsibilities Perform static and roving duties to secure the Client\'s corporate office space and its critical infrastructureMonitor CCTV systems and manage access controlRespond to alarms in compliance with global guidelines and escalate security breaches to the SupervisorProvide basic First Aid, respond to incidents onsite, and escalate to clients\' stakeholders as neededEnforce client badging and access control policiesPerform daily security operations as planned by the site Security SupervisorParticipate in scheduled safety and security exercises (e.g., Fire Drills and Security Intrusion Exercises)Maintain a collaborative working relationship with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (IT, Global Real Estate Facilities, Human Resources, Legal, etc.)Required Competencies / Skills Current NSW Security LicenseAbility to adapt quickly to different situations and make well-informed decisions with minimal supervisionGood communication and interpersonal skillsWorking command of the English language (verbal & written)IT proficiency in MS Excel, Word, OutlookStrong customer service orientation and sense of ownershipBenefits Career growth opportunities within a global companyAccess to Securitas rewardsProfessional uniform providedAbout the Business Securitas is the leading global security company with operations in 58 countries.
