**What you'll be doing in this role?**

As part of an inter-professional team, the Allied Health Assistant will be integral in supporting clinicians within the Allied Health and Chronic Disease Management (CDM) teams, in the delivery of a wide range of professional services.

The Allied Health Assistant position includes support to deliver therapeutic services, completion of delegated tasks and administrative support for the IPHS team.

**Your work will include**:

- Co-ordinate correspondence regarding client appointments, including completing confirmation calls, making appointments, managing and rescheduling/cancelling appointments via letters/text/phone calls as required.
- Support daily team functioning through tasks such as booking consulting rooms, fleet cars and meetings as directed by the team.
- Under the guidance of clinicians, providing direct client interaction, assessment, education or treatment.

**What we're looking for**:(Role Requirements / Mandatory Quals)
- Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
