Our Company is looking for a 1st year Baking apprentice to come join our team in our new kitchen in St Marys, for a full-time role.

**Job Description**:
You will be working alongside a supervisor who will teach you our processes and recipes. This job will involve making doughs, flattening and prooving bread making of puff pastry goods in mass production.

Duties
- Weighing recipes
- cutting dough
- rounding dough
- baking bread and curry puffs
- cleaning of machinery
- packing of baked goods for the day
- sorting out trays and trolleys at end of duty.
- End-of-duty cleaning

Known Skills
- Use of scale and weighing ingredients
- Ability to divide recipes
- Some knowledge of bakery equipment.
- Food hygiene and safety practices
- Be available full time Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
- Have a car
- Positive attitude
- Willing to learn new skills
